Bird of Paradise Flower
It has taken five months for this bud to develop and open in my unheated conservatory - the long wait is over! You can read more about the way the flower works here.
Well that was worth waiting for, it is a stunningly beautiful lower. Very interesting to read about how it works too. I do learn such a lot from you.
