Shades of Purple

The lilac is in full flower - and the scent after a shower of rain in the evening is delightful. Floral fragrances are always stronger when the air is humid.

  1. We seem to have a lot of Lilacs here, in the wild as it were, but they are all white blossomed.

    I've never seen a Cranesbill that colour, isn't is lovely?

  2. I've always liked G. phaeum - one of those suptle, subdued colours that synthetic dyes can't emulate
